We as Christians carry a double standard. We say to the wandering backslider, you need to tough it out, do what it takes, change and change some more. If the backslider does not respond quick enough we turn to the spouse making better choices and say to them, you need to just move on.
There is a verse in the Bible we quote all the time. It’s the…He who began a good work verse.
I see Jesus up in heaven with his arms out stretched saying, “are they not going to let me finish what I started? Come on Guys!@!!!!?” Jesus Looking at Gideon saying,”Do my people not know what I am capable of?” Looking at Jonah, “did they not read about the big fish I told to come get you!”
What about the coin in the fishes mouth
